2022 has seen significant restructuring of the NHS and the way it is required to design, deliver and evaluate the services that it provides.

With the implementation of new guidance requiring our system to work collaboratively, the opportunities to deliver real change are greater than ever before.

However, a change in structure does not necessarily bring a change of culture. We need to be bold and think differently as we try to address increasingly complex issues in an integrated way.

Organisations are increasingly asking members of the public for their feedback on the services they provide. This is great! But how does this all come together to create better outcomes?

Speakers will include Ed Garratt, Chief Executive of the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB), Andrew Kelso, Medical Director (SNEE ICB) Laura Taylor Green, Maddie Baker Woods and Peter Whiteman, Directors from the North East Essex, Ipswich and East Suffolk and West Suffolk Place Based Alliances. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts, hopes and ideas for the future, we hope for this to be an informative, engaging and impactful day.

We would like to invite you to join in a conversation to help shape the future approach to engagement across the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care System.

This free event will be held on Wednesday 14th December 2022 from 10:00 to 15:30 at Ipswich Town Hall, Cornhill, Ipswich IP1 1DH.

Members of the public are able to claim for any expenses incurred in attending the event.
