Suffolk Learning Disability Strategy ‘My Health’ Focus Group

This focus group will be hosted by Suffolk Learning Disability Partnership.

It is for anyone who has an interest in the Suffolk Joint Learning Disability Strategy, including self-advocates, families and carers, provider organisations, board members and key organisations.
