Maddie Baker-​Woods

Before joining the NHS, Maddie spent ten years working with business and Government on welfare reform as Director of the London Employers Coalition and Director of Policy for the National Employment Panel.

Prior to this, Maddie was Associate Director for Economic Development of an international consultancy firm.
