Experiences of Palliative and End of Life Care in the East of England

Engagement Project:

2nd August - 31st August 2024

Are you or someone close to you living with a terminal illness? Take part in East of England survey to share your experience – and shape a better end of life for all.

On behalf of those responsible for shaping palliative and end of life care, NHS East of England and Marie Curie are conducting a survey to understand the experiences of people in the East of England.

Whatever your experience of terminal illness, we encourage you to take part. Your input could help ensure a better end of life for all.

Help completing survey

If you need help completing the survey, prefer a paper version, or would like guidance over the telephone – including in different languages, please send an email to EastofEnglandInfo@mariecurie.org.uk or call the East of England Hub on 0121 752 9305.

Need support?

Completing the survey requires you to reflect on your own experiences of living with terminal illness and accessing care – or in the case that you are sharing experiences of someone who has died, a bereavement. This may bring up experiences that may be upsetting. If you need emotional support at any stage, you can contact Marie Curie’s Support Line on 0800 090 2309.
