Download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet via the Google play or App store. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.
What can I do with the App?
Depending on your GP or hospital you can use the app to access and manage a variety of different aspects of your healthcare. These could include ordering repeat prescriptions and nominating a pharmacy where you would like to collect them. You may also be able to book and manage appointments, view your GP health record and contact your GP surgery.

The NHS website has step-by-step guidance on how to get started with the NHS App. Face-to-face support sessions are also taking place across Suffolk, Colchester and Tendring.
Our colleagues in Norfolk and Waveney have also produced informative videos in a range of languages.

Communities Together East Anglia
Communities Together East Anglia’s Digital Champions will be on-hand to offer support in downloading and using the NHS App on the following dates. Some sessions are dedicated to the NHS App, and others are meet-up events that take place regularly within the community. A digital champion will also be present at these events, but you may also find other activities taking place.
