The Be Well Bus will be journeying to Leiston to offer support and advice to those who need help with their health and wellbeing. There is no need to make an appointment, simply turn up and our friendly and knowledgeable crew will assist you. There is also a dedicated consultation room on the bus if you would prefer to speak to someone privately.

Services and information provided on the bus

Staff aboard the Be Well Bus are ready to listen to any concerns you may have, and are able to provide advice and signposting on a wide range of topics covering health and wellbeing. However, specialists will be on-hand to offer particular support in the below areas.

  • Realise Futures
  • East Suffolk Council and Feel Good Suffolk

They will be able to provide help and advice on the following topics:

  • Long Covid
  • Support relating to matters within the community
  • Living independently
  • Adult learning, coaching and advice and guidance
  • Strength and balance and weight management
  • Smoking cessation and physical activity
