NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB Governance Handbook

The NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB Governance Handbook is designed to support the ICB’s Constitution and good governance by bringing together a range of corporate statutory documents in one place.

It is not a legal requirement, however it is an approach that will assist NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB to build a consistent corporate approach and form part of the corporate memory. The handbook provides detail on committee governance, standing orders and financial policies, standards of business conduct, as well as other areas of corporate governance.
