Services and information provided on the bus

Staff aboard the Be Well Bus are ready to listen to any concerns you may have, and are able to provide advice and signposting on a wide range of topics covering health and wellbeing. However, specialists will be on-hand to offer particular support in the below areas.

• Connect4Health Social Prescribing
• Digital Skills Support

They will be able to provide help and advice on the following topics:

• Height and weight measurements and body mass index (BMI) calculation
• Blood pressure and heart rate check
• Help to use digital devices and get online to use the NHS app
• Healthy changes for your health and wellbeing including getting active, weight management and stopping smoking
• Opportunity to speak to a link worker who can give you the time and focus on what really matters to you to assist in finding non-medical solutions to improve your own health and wellbeing
