The Be Well Bus will be journeying to Saxmundham and Leiston to offer postnatal and antenatal health and wellbeing support.
There is no need to make an appointment, simply turn up and our friendly and knowledgeable crew will assist you. There is also a dedicated consultation room on the bus if you would prefer to speak to someone privately.
Services and information provided on the bus
Staff aboard the Be Well Bus will be offering advice and support on maternity and postnatal related care, wider women’s health advice, social support and blood pressure checks.

Organisations/specialists aboard the Bus will include:
- Local midwives
- Health Visitor
- Stop smoking support
- Infant feeding specialists
- Pelvic health physiotherapist
- Immunisation team offering pregnancy vaccinations (whooping cough)
Where will the Bus be?
On Friday 11 October, the Bus will be parked at:
- Tesco Car park, Church Place Retail Park, Church Street, Saxmundham, IP17 1EP, 10am to 12.30pm.
- Leiston Family Hub, Waterloo Avenue, Leiston, 1P16 4HF, 1pm to 3pm
