Age Well Roadshow, Clacton and Jaywick

A roadshow will be visiting Clacton and Jaywick on Thursday 5 December to provide help and advice about staying well for older people and keeping well for people waiting for orthopaedic surgery.

Representatives from organisations including CVST, Healthwatch, Age Well East and the East of England ambulance service will be on hand to talk to people about a range of topics including falls prevention, frailty and keeping well whilst waiting for orthopaedic procedures such as hip and knee surgery.

Times and locations

• Clacton town centre (Christmas Tree Island), 10am to 12noon
• Jaywick (Lotus Way), 1pm to 3pm
