We work from four physical bases across Suffolk and north east Essex. If you have an appointment to visit a member of staff, please ask them about parking and visitor pass arrangements before you travel. If you have any questions, please do contact us.

If you are seeking health or care support
Please note that the ICB is not a frontline service. We are unable to provide personal face to face advice from these addresses. Please only visit our offices if you have a prior appointment with a member of the ICB or you are attending a public event or meeting.

Aspen House is a modern building fitted with a lift. There are two disabled parking spaces within the immediate vicinity of the building, as well as a larger car parking area.
The building entrance is fitted with automatic doors. Internal doors are all accessible to wheelchairs, but require manual operation.
Hearing loops can be provided on request.
There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
There is a drinking water supply on the first floor near the kitchen and in the ground floor kitchen.

When visiting Endeavour House, please go directly to Reception where you will be given a visitor’s badge. They will then contact the staff member you are visiting who will come down to meet you. Please ensure that you display your visitor’s badge at all times whilst in the building. Upon leaving, please return your badge to Reception.
The nearest public car park to Endeavour House is West End Road Car Park.

There is limited visitor car parking at the front of Landmark House. Parking in the staff car park can also be ‘booked’ for visitors via your meeting organiser. The staff car park is located behind the building via Egerton Road. At the barrier, press the buzzer and give your registration number to the Reception/Security team. Please note – this is only possible if you have provided your details to your meeting organiser.
All visitors must report to Reception located in the single storey to the front of the main building. If parking in the staff car park walk to the left of the main building (by the bike racks) and exit through the gate at the end.

If you are planning to visit West Suffolk House, please advise the person you are visiting ahead of your anticipated arrival.
On arrival, please make your way to main reception and introduce yourself to the reception team, giving the name of the person you are visiting, and the location of your meeting, if applicable. The person you are visiting will meet you in the reception area.
If you are attending a meeting in the downstairs rooms, you will be able to make your own way there. The main reception team will point you in the right direction.
Parking
Parking for visitors is available in Olding Road car park. To access the car park please use the buzzer provided at the barrier to give the name of the person you are visiting.
Parking is free at the point of entry. There is also additional parking provided available in Anglian Lane.
If you are attending a meeting which will last under 90 minutes, you could park at the front of West Suffolk House. If you do, please clearly display a ‘free of charge’ ticket on your windscreen. You can get a ‘free of charge’ ticket from the nearest parking meter. If your stay exceeds 90 minutes, you are likely to receive a fine.
If you require disabled parking, please advise the person you are visiting ahead of time. Your contact will make the necessary arrangements and send you directions.
