Councillor John Spence has represented the Chelmer division of Essex since 2013.
Cllr Spence has held multiple roles in the voluntary and commercial and public sectors, including as Cabinet Member for Health and Adults. His important work has been acknowledged by the award of the MBE, OBE and CBE for services to community, charity and business respectively.
