Healthwatch Essex is an independent charity set up under the Health & Social Care Act 2012. It works closely with service users and residents to improve health and care in Essex.
A representative from Healthwatch Essex will be present at Board meetings to ensure the organisation has oversight of key activities and governance within the ICB.
