The Be Well Bus will be journeying to Woodbridge as part of the Ways to Wellness event, hosted by the Rural Coffee Caravan.

There is no need to make an appointment, simply turn up and our friendly and knowledgeable crew will assist you.

Services and information provided on the bus

Staff aboard the Be Well Bus are ready to listen to any concerns you may have, and are able to provide advice and signposting on a wide range of topics covering health and wellbeing. However, specialists will be on-hand to offer particular support in the below areas.

  • Height and weight measurements and body mass index (BMI) calculation
  • Blood pressure and heart rate check
  • Co-production of mental health services
  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing support
  • Support for carers
  • Support for people living with dementia
