Services and information provided on the bus

Staff aboard the Be Well Bus are ready to listen to any concerns you may have, and are able to provide advice and signposting on a wide range of topics covering health and wellbeing. However, specialists will be on-hand to offer particular support in the below areas.

The Bus will be open 11am-2pm and located on Unit 1 Farthing Road, Ipswich, IP1 5BL.

Organisations/services that will be on the Bus include:

• SiSU self-service health check machine
• Suffolk County Council
• MIND
• Robin Cancer Trust
• Ipswich Borough Council (Feel Good Suffolk)
• SPOT Wellbeing

They will be able to provide help and advice on the following topics:

• Height and weight measurements and body mass index (BMI) calculation
• Blood pressure and heart rate check
• Smoking and vaping cessation
• Mental health support
• Testicular and ovarian cancer awareness and advice
• Physical activities
