The Be Well Bus will be journeying to Framlingham, Saxmundham & Aldeburgh to offer support and advice to those who need help with their health and wellbeing.

There is no need to make an appointment, simply turn up and our friendly and knowledgeable crew will assist you.

Services and information provided on the bus

Staff aboard the Be Well Bus are ready to listen to any concerns you may have, and are able to provide advice and signposting on a wide range of topics covering health and wellbeing. However, specialists will be on-hand to offer particular support in the below areas.

Tuesday 27 February

The Bus will be open 10am-3pm and located in the Market, Hill, Framlingham, IP13 9AN (opposite to Barclays bank)

Organisations that will be on the Bus include:

  • Age Friendly/Dementia

Wednesday 28 February

The Bus will be open 10am-3pm and located at Tesco Superstore, 1 Church St, Saxmundham IP17 1EP.

Organisations that will be on the Bus include:

  • Christies Care Ltd
  • Wellbeing Suffolk
  • Community Enterprise Catalyst
  • The Art Station

They will be able to provide help and advice on the following topics:

  • Age Friendly/Dementia
  • Learning, coaching and advice

  • Mental health
  • Community volunteering

Thursday 29 February

The Bus will be open 10am-3pm and located at 131-133, Hight Street, Aldeburgh, IP15 5AR (opposite to Prezzo)

  • Suffolk Fire Rescue Service

They will be able to provide help and advice on the following topics:
