There is no need to make an appointment, simply turn up and our friendly and knowledgeable crew will assist you.

Services and information provided on the bus
Staff aboard the Be Well Bus are ready to listen to any concerns you may have, and are able to provide advice and signposting on a wide range of topics covering health and wellbeing. However, specialists will be on-hand to offer particular support in the below areas.

Organisations/services that will be on the Bus include:
- SiSU self-service health check machine
- Active Blues (ITFC)
- Brave Futures
They will be able to provide help and advice on the following topics:
- Height and weight measurements and body mass index (BMI) calculation
- Blood pressure and heart rate check
- Information about a free 12-week health and wellbeing programme covering physical activity, smoking cessation, tackling high blood pressure, mental wellbeing and nutrition
- Support from children and young adults who have experienced sexual abuse
