Be Well Maternity Bus, Bury St Edmunds and Thetford

The Be Well Bus will be journeying to Bury St Edmunds and Thetford to offer postnatal and antenatal health and wellbeing support.

There is no need to make an appointment, simply turn up and our friendly and knowledgeable crew will assist you. There is also a dedicated consultation room on the bus if you would prefer to speak to someone privately.

Services and information provided on the bus

Staff aboard the Be Well Bus will be offering advice and support on maternity and postnatal related care, wider women’s health advice, social support and blood pressure checks.

• Local midwives
• Health Visitor
• Stop smoking support
• Infant feeding specialists
• Pelvic health physiotherapist
• Immunisation team offering pregnancy vaccinations (whooping cough)

Where will the Bus be?

On 20 September, the Bus will be parked at:

• Lightwave Café, Sports Pavilion, Red Lodge, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 8XR, 10am to 12.30pm.
• Breckland Retail Park (opposite B&M Homestore), London Road, Thetford, IP24 3RY, 1pm to 3pm.
