Looking After You Too service

The Looking After You Too service offers individual coaching is available with a skilled and experienced coach who will work with you to discuss any area of your wellbeing that you would like to address. They will listen, ask questions and support you to develop practical strategies to cope with your situation and stay well. You can choose to speak about whatever is important to you; the service is designed to be bespoke to your individual needs.


Support for colleagues in Essex

Here for You service

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) and Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) have launched the Here For You support service in response to the pandemic, specifically for people who work in healthcare, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector. If you work in these areas in Essex or Hertfordshire and need someone to talk to contact the here for you service.

Call them 24/7 to confidentially talk through any problems you’re facing, whatever they may be, on 0344 257 3960. Alternatively, you can email them at hereforyou@nhs.net. This email address is monitored from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 


Support for colleagues in Suffolk

Norfolk and Suffolk Staff Covid-19 Support service

The COVID-19 support service for health and care staff across Norfolk and Suffolk has been launched to help them cope with the immense pressures of working during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Norfolk and Suffolk COVID-19 support service, run in partnership by Suffolk MIND and Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), will give all health and care staff rapid access to mental health support from local mental health specialists.

Health and care staff can call the confidential COVID-19 support service on 0300 123 1335 – Monday to Friday 09:30 – 16:30
