Patrick is Director of ASC Essex Operations (Deputy to the DASS), responsible for the operational delivery and strategic planning, for adult social care services across the County.
Patrick joined Essex County Council in 2017, into the role as Director for Local Delivery for North East Essex, where he played a critical role in developing the health and wellbeing alliance.
Patrick has also held other roles in operational and commissioning, in both Essex and other Local Authorities.
