Phanuel Mutumburi is the Director at the Ipswich and Suffolk Council for Racial Equality, a Suffolk human rights charity which has been campaigning for equal opportunities for all people for nearly 50 years.
Phanuel has a background in charity management and has extensive experience in community engagement and development. He is passionate about raising the profile of equality, diversity and inclusion, providing advice, support and constructive challenge to leadership teams and organisations.
Phanuel holds an MBA and lives in Suffolk with his wife Shirley. He holds non-executive director and trustee roles in several health, education, and VCSE organisations.
