Healthwatch Suffolk are a health and social care champion, working on behalf of the people of Suffolk. Its role is to record service users’ feedback and to work with local services, and the people who pay for them, to make sure their voice is heard where it matters.
A representative from Healthwatch Suffolk will be present at Board meetings to ensure the organisation has oversight of key activities and governance within the ICB.
