Essex Wellbeing Service provides courses to help you stop smoking, manage your weight and get active. The service also provides health checks, emotional health and wellbeing support and connects volunteers with people in their communities who need practical support with day-to-day tasks.

About this service

North East Essex Diabetes Service offers Type 1 and Type 2 education courses in a variety of community settings and times. Courses can be taken when you are diagnosed, or at any time through your diabetes journey. The courses run for different lengths of time and our education secretaries will help ensure the correct course, which meets your own needs, is booked for you.
